In our roles supporting the people and culture of our organizations, we often need data that resides in the heads and hearts of employees. While surveys are powerful and relatively economical tools, poorly designed instruments can lead to misleading insights and unfortunate decisions. Coming to the wrong conclusion or making uninformed decisions reduces our people’s confidence in our ability to listen well using these tools: a vicious cycle.
Join us on Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM PT for an insightful webinar on creating, modifying, or selecting surveys that make a difference.
Tyler Wier, Principal at Archetype Consulting, will introduce you to the fundamentals of survey design (and other employee listening methods). You'll learn:
- What surveys can and can’t do
- How to develop concepts into measurable 'constructs'
- Techniques for writing clear, relevant questions
- Strategies to foster cooperation, navigate power and politics, and increase response rates
This webinar is perfect for internal OD, L&D, HR practitioners, and leaders who are looking to improve their ability to design, adapt, or select the right survey instruments for their organizations.
Whether you need to gain insight, support key people or teams, or develop people and performance strategies, Archetype can help.
